Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how XMO Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications, including AI Mood Tracker & Journal, Aura Notes – Voice Notes AI, and Fitness100 – Gym Workout Planner (each an “App”, together the “Apps”). It applies to all of our Apps, so you can rely on this single policy whichever App you use.

1. Information we collect

a) Information you provide. Depending on the App, this may include journal entries, mood logs and sleep notes (AI Mood Tracker), voice recordings and transcribed text (Aura Notes), and workout logs, exercise history and fitness goals (Fitness100), as well as any feedback you send us.

b) Health-adjacent information. Some Apps process information relating to your wellbeing, such as mood, sleep patterns, or exercise activity. We treat this as sensitive and never use it for advertising.

c) Automatically collected information. Device type, operating system version, App version, language, and anonymised usage diagnostics (such as crash reports) that help us keep the Apps stable and improve them.

We do not collect your name, email address, or precise location unless you choose to contact us, in which case we receive whatever you include in your message.

2. AI processing

Some features use artificial intelligence — for example, voice transcription, journaling insights, mood pattern analysis, and workout recommendations. To provide these features, the relevant content (such as a voice recording or journal entry) is transmitted to our AI service providers for processing and returned to your device. We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models or for advertising.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve the Apps: providing core features, generating the insights and transcriptions you request, fixing bugs, understanding aggregated usage, and communicating with you if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (such as AI processing and cloud infrastructure); (b) Apple or Google in connection with App Store / Play Store purchases and subscriptions; and (c) authorities where required by law. If our business is acquired or merged, your information may transfer subject to this Policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your content is retained for as long as you keep the App installed and use it, so your history remains available to you. You can delete your data at any time from within the App where a delete option is provided, or by contacting us (see Section 11) — we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, and material changes will be highlighted in the Apps where appropriate.
